I currently offer sessions both in person and online.

In person sessions take place at:

The House on Snow Hill in the City of London, just walking distance from St Pauls, Barbican, Farringdon and City Thameslink stations. 

The Dawn Lister Therapy Centre, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.

My consulting rooms offer peaceful and confidential spaces to explore and develop a deeper understanding of your difficulties and patterns of relating.

Online sessions take place over zoom, skype or microsoft Teams. If you opt for online sessions, it is recommended that you create a dedicated, quiet and private space, free from distractions.
